Career Opportunities at All American Turf Beauty!

Career Opportunities

One of the things Kevin Johnson, President of All American Turf Beauty, is most proud of is the number of his employees who have made the choice to have a career in providing lawn care. “We have a long list of fellow workers who have over 10 years of working at our company,” says Johnson. There seems to be a shared characteristic observed in our employees that can be reason for this longevity. “Most of our long-standing employees enjoy working outdoors, possess great customer service skills, and most importantly genuinely enjoy working with their clients,” according to Johnson.

Although All American Turf Beauty started out as a family business, in 1995, the company switched to being an Employee Owned Company. What does this mean? To paint a clear picture, let’s take a look at today’s status. Employees now own over 50% of the company states. “Our long-term employees have become part owners of a successful business” notes Johnson, which he believes helps cement his employees’ choice of having a rewarding career at All American Turf Beauty. This gives every employee due accountability for their share in their “own” business. Every one gives their 100% effort and commitment to a business owned by everybody in the company.

Competitive pay is afforded to employees as well. “Our pay system rewards employees who provide superior service and results for our customers.” Johnson believes this draws performance-driven individuals and keeps them in a fruitful, long-term career with All American Turf Beauty.

Johnson feels that his company provides an excellent employment opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, love being in a family-focused environment, value the results of their efforts, and seek the opportunity to become an owner of a continually growing company. “It really is a great opportunity,” states Johnson, “and more importantly, we are always happy to have great talents who are in for a long-term career.”
