Our goal at All American Turf Beauty, Inc. is a simple one: To provide you with the highest quality lawn irrigation system service and maintenance.

Spring Startup (April – May)
- Turn on water to irrigation system and visually inspect plumbing and backflow device.
- Activate controller, set watering schedule, and test all valves in system. Install new battery when applicable.
- Inspect and adjust system for proper coverage and distribution, repair line leaks and broken sprinkler heads if needed.
- Check cleanliness of all lines, heads, and nozzles. Trim sod from around all heads and flush as necessary.

Backflow Device Certification
- Usually done in conjunction with Spring Start-up when applicable.
- This certification is required to be performed yearly.
- Fill out backflow device performance report form and submit it to your local municipality.

Summer Check-up (July – August)
- Turn on and check controller and valves for proper operation.
- Check and adjust sprinkler heads for proper coverage and distribution.
- Adjust controller for proper seasonal watering needs.
- Inspect for line breaks and broken sprinkler heads.

Fall Winterization (October – November)
- Turn off water supply to the irrigation system and open all inside drains.
- Deactivate controller and valves.
- Blow all lines free of water with compressed air.
- Open all manual drains and faucets if applicable.
